Purely Matcha

Whisk 1/2 to 1 tsp matcha powder with 1 tbsp hot (not boiling) water until tiny bubbles form. Sweeten to taste if desired. For a latte, top with 1 cup of hot or cold milk. Also delicious in smoothies and baked goods!
