Lake & Oak Tea Co. is a female-powered wellness brand that is dedicated to fostering self-care rituals that help bring a little joy & balance to your life. Lake & Oak began in 2017 when Meredith was searching for a natural remedy for her anxiety and digestive troubles. Her passion for plants as medicine, and knack for flavours lead her to the kitchen to create Lake & Oak's signature tea blends. The mission was to create unique, flavour-packed teas that were fun to drink and benefit the body and mind.
